Our complete planning package allows you to enjoy your day stress-free and leaves you with confidence knowing that your decisions are being made by a professional with you in mind. We work with you from start to finish to create a wedding that runs smoothly and is uniquely yours.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Pre-Planning
¨ Regular phone calls and emails during business hours
¨ In-person meetings as required
¨ Creation and management of all event planning documents including customized wedding checklist, budget, weekend-of itinerary (shared with all vendors in advance), wedding design/mood board, etc.
¨ Site visit to the venue and venue booking (if necessary)
¨ Contracting all vendors and attendance at vendor meetings (if requested), plus recommendations when necessary
¨ Assistance with invitation sourcing and wording
¨ Main point of contact for all vendors leading up to the wedding
¨ Attendance and direction at rehearsal
Day-of :
¨ Neena plus 1 Assistant on-site (Assistant for set-up only)
¨ Placement of all ceremony and reception decor items (i.e.: favours, centerpieces, etc.)
¨ Ensure delivery of flowers and any décor that has been outsourced
¨ Check in at both wedding party getting ready locations
¨ Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed
¨ Coordinate ceremony
¨ Coordinate family photos after ceremony (if needed)
¨ Management of vendors
¨ Review itinerary with DJ and MC
¨ Coordinate bridal party entrance
¨ Access to bridal “emergency kit”
¨ Distribution of final payment and gratuity to vendors
¨ Up to 12 hours of time onsite the day of the wedding (includes travel)

Absolutely! You are welcome to be as involved as you want to be throughout the entire planning process. We will never make the final decision without discussing with you first.

A wedding coordinator is there to make sure vendors know where to set up, keep everyone on schedule and help provide a stress-free environment and a peace of mind for the wedding couple, party, and their family on the wedding day.
WHAT DOES A MONTH OF COORDINATOR DO?
We come on board 4-6 weeks before the big day and focus on organization and logistics. Day of timeline creation, vendor communication and finalizing all the little details are just some examples.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
We accept cash, e-transfer and major credit cards. We require an initial deposit to hold the date in our wedding calendar and will work with you to build a payment plan that works for everyone.
DO YOU OFFER PACKAGES FOR WEDDING/EVENT FLOWERS?
Every wedding, couples and event host are different. We create custom proposals based on specific vision and design needs.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO PAY FOR MY BRIDAL BOUQUET?
On average, bridal bouquets range between $250-$400. This is the focal point of most photos and will compliment your wedding outfit. Most bouquets include a variety of premium blooms and foliage. If you want to keep the cost down for your wedding flowers consider using fewer varieties and a simpler colour palette. We work with you to create a budget you are comfortable with.
